@willhbr@ruby.social I ended up with Navidrome for server. It’s relatively simple in terms of UI but it can play music on its own in the browser. It has ListenBraimz and last.fm support for scribbling. Also supports multiple users with shared or separate libraries. On macOS I use Feishin as a client. It’s an electron app and fonts look slightly off but it works reasonably well. Has lots of bells and whistles like lyrics fetching either from subsonic server or the web, or visualizers. Has simple theming support too. Free. In iOS I use Nautilune. Pretty feature complete client. Can show lyrics, nice layout. Supports downloading music and offline mode. $10 with a free trial week. There are decent free iOS clients, too.
