Kids don't play "skip rope" any longer, do they? It was mostly little girls in my day (when wooly mammoths still roamed the earth) and we had the most gruesome skip rope rhymes.
"Doctor, doctor, will I die?
Yes, my dear, and so shall I.
How many carriages will I have?
One, two, three..."
"Cinderella sat on a pin.
How many inches did it go in?
One, two, three..."
