When people act like that, how the fuck are you supposed to calibrate what you post and how you say it? I was constantly exhausted, because I was trying to predict every possible reaction to the things I said. I lost a lot of confidence in my ability to interact with people in real life too.

And like, how are you supposed to tell if you actually did something you should apologise for, if that's how people act when you didn't?
