I sent a text to the ex since it was quite late ex-time and junior has another day to figure out things. We haven't spoken in years - I'll have to check with junior to see if that's still the right number.

@tj@noauthority.social I know how much ego needs to be set aside to reestablish a normal level of conversation with an ex. In any case note that this is junior's issue to a large extent. Where possible he needs to take an active role in problem solving. Also more pointed rhetoric is probably best saved for when jr. is safely back in the states and home.
