This was amidst a political debate around his brother/puppet Rob Ford attempting to drastically cut library funding. FTR, there were 13 library branches in his ward and 39 Tim Horton's outlets. And, Etobicoke, the Western 1/4 of Toronto, had the fewest libraries per capita across Toronto. #ONPoli
