#WritersCoffeeClub May 26: In what ways does your work defy expectation? I'm not sure what people expect from my work, so I can't be 100% sure. But my guesses are that it deviates from "standard" urban fantasy by: 1) not having any supernatural creatures 2) having the City itself be a character with spoken lines 3) being an ensemble story with multiple close-3rd POVs instead of the usual 1st person
