For the #LoRes Mesh project, we've decided to change from the GPL to the Anti-Capitalist Software License.
You can read more about our reasoning here:
https://lores.tech/blog/anticapitalist-license/
Essentially though it boils down to thinking that the Free Software movement's desire for "The freedom to run the program as you wish, for any purpose" does not seem to be a good way to actually produce the society free from harm and oppression that we want.

@jadehopepunk@hachyderm.io based ethical source licenses are open source in every way that matters, and those who whine about fascists the poor little lambs being excluded are not people we want around our projects anyway

In parts, @jadehopepunk@hachyderm.io the wording is almost identical to the Anarchist licence: https://reciproka.dev/reciproka/anarkiisma-licenco/src/branch/consensus/LICENCE-EN It's like whole sections were just cut'n'pasted verbatim
