Any strategy or plan you come up with should work for all cases, meaning don't sell all your stuff and your house and go wait on a hilltop for the space aliens or angels to save you. Don't burn bridges. Maybe the world doesn't end, and you don't want to look silly. Broadly speaking, you want to move from ecologically destructive consumption to ecologically harmonious production.
