@chewie@mammut.gogreenit.net Bordeaux will never give up reds, I hope, but there's a certain white trend these days. Which is ironic, since reds have had long dominance in Bordeaux and much of France. But this FT article points to a problem, namely massive reduction in red consumption since the 1970s. How do you survive and fight back against troubling trends? Good question.
