I have #Signal on the phone and on Debian. I contacted a friend on the phone, because I could find them there and not the app, thanks to Signal rating the people on my phone's contact list. Fine. But not the app does not have our conversation listed.Maybe it's a matrix-esque situation where it's waiting for some conversation from my friend's side (they hadn't answered yet), but it's at least baffling. It does receive updates from other conversations, tho.
