PSA: if a website makes you fill a form with privacy-invading questions, with data that it has no business gathering and will not help you transacting with it, and you can't/don't want to spend time and energy fighting it, calling them, looking for another site, because this is still the most convenient for you...

Chances are nobody's looking at the information anyway, it's being sold to a data broker. Being accurate won't help you in any way.

@ska@social.treehouse.systems you have no idea how many forms ive submitted where my first name is somebody and last name is oncetoldme having a parcel delivered and the delivery guy asks "are you 'somebody'" is especially nice
