Not sure what you mean by “coloring app,” but Procreate for iPad does not use AI in any form and is very powerful for all types of art (including coloring digital pages). It has a one-time low fee and works flawlessly.

@cynblogger@sfba.social Thanks, i need more of a tap and click colouring app. I use krita for design and sketching, but when my mecfs is really bad that's just too much cognitive work for my sad brain.
