Today on LinkedIn I received another solicitation from a recruiter with Insight Global, this time for a job title that I hadn't had since starting my career and starting college. I'm eagerly looking for work, but this job was not just inequitable, presenting me with it was insulting and a waste of my time. I block contacts from Insight Global without replying to them.
