"taking the piss out of middle aged people in Lycra" suggests taking the piss out of other people, not yourself. Regardless, age and appearance are a crappy basis for taking the piss out of anyone. It's unimaginative, unoriginal, and unfunny. There are much better ways to do it. See, for example, Bike Snob NYC.
