The African immigrants and visitors I’ve met have generally been normal people. Different and distinctly foreign, but still different from their American born counterparts. The one exception to this is a woman who claimed she was Queen of this small shithole village tribe and always came across as scammy.

@BowsacNoodle@poa.st @caekislove@caekis.love @Phobos@eientei.org @sickburnbro@poa.st There's a phenomom where minorities adapt to their host culture. It's very obvious to me going one city over switching from 90%+ Africans (in parts that I frequent) (as in they don't speaknfluent English) to 90%+ white. The blacks, even when they barely speak English are much more sociaolble and friendly in the white areas. If you come from an honor culture and see yourself as an outsider your survival instinct will make you reverent towards those you see as ascendant, if you see yourself as part of the majority it will make you the opposite to those you see as lower caste.
