Always remember when there is a massive leadership shakeup - you are not safe. They have their own people, they are there because the last person fucked up (in their eyes). Never believe anything they say, you are not safe in your position. They won’t do it immediately. The first 90 days is them only observing, then at 6 months they have a plan. 6-12 months they’ll be implementing their new plans. Never feel safe because “they’ve been here a couple of months and it’s fine”.
