  I don’t think so anymore. You could probably do some damage if you clicked through the hundred warnings but I don’t think you can remove the whole directory anymore. Windows has a secret “System” user which owns most if not all if that, and permissions are now set up such that not even Administrator can touch it. From what I understand those are now hardcoded into the system.

  Hi all, my Unifi Doorbell just died after only 4 years of service. I’ve been pretty disheartened with them lately, other products haven’t lived up to the company’s promise. So I’m not looking to replace my networking stack yet, but I am looking for a doorbell camera. I only have the Unifi machine, but I also have an extensive docker/kubernetes stack, and mostly I want to use it with Home Assistant. Any recommendations? Open to software, hardware, you name it. I have a few other Unifi camera...

  I can say also as a senior engineer, I would never turn down another o ly because of this. It’s not my software I’m making, it’s the company. It’s not my things. If they want me to code on a pentium 3 I’ll happily do it, it’s their money. They want me to waste it on that, that’s on them.
