@raymierussell@mastodon.scot yeah. It is a little frustrating but makes sense as really most of what affects you as a brit abroad is borders and pensions. Arguably tax being partly devolved makes it more dubious now as a restriction.

@bobthomson70@mastodon.social That's an interesting point as I assumed to be liable to pay the Scottish income tax rates that you would have to be resident in Scotland which then give you the vote.
