I broke it down for you and explained each part. And that does not align with your interpretation. That’s why I asked you where your interpretation comes from. “sideload apps those that are not blocked” means “sideload apps that are not on blocklist”. Where do you read that this paragraph allows to install apps wether they are on the blocklist or not? Could you explain it?
