It's actually sad to see the EU take half-measures on the one thing they kinda do okay with: consumer protections.

@gabriel@mstdn.starnix.network supposedly they can just take the same stuff and put it in the digital fairness act but i don't see how that's gonna fly now that the commission explained to them it conflicts with IP Law
