@kagan@wandering.shop Your job is probably covered under CANUSMA, so a Canadian company could hire you w/o having to do a LMIA. BUT the tech economy here is Not Good.
Other than that, unless you speak French, citizenship by descent would probably be your best option (tho will take like a year to get approved).

@robbo@mutual.tls.zone I don't currently have a job, and _je ne parle pas français_ is a phrase I have memorized by rote (right after _je suis desolée_, and I may have spelled that wrong, but at least I can pronounce it well enough to be understood). And I'm not a fan of cold temperatures. (However, I prefer them to fascism.) [Edit: Oops, "your job" must've meant "any job you'd be likely to get". Got it, yes, thanks. Still looking to do frontend web dev; it's what I'm good at.]
