Oh no I have a premonition that this is going to be one of those #monsterdon movies where there are a whole bunch of characters and all of them suck and we're supposed to care about the hyper-specific drama between them, oh no.

After being a grumpy asshole, the old dude, whose name is "John" decides to go for a walk to check the radiation outside because radiation is like the weather. Another dude follows him out so John can tell him that he had a job towing an animal test ship out of a hydrogen bomb test and also maybe there were other forms of life on earth in the past that were destroyed by nuclear wars or something. #monsterdon #InTheYear2889
