@kevlin@mastodon.social The gap between what leaders believe and what employees experience isn't an information problem. It's a structural one. In a DP1 (C&C) organisation, information travelling upward is systematically filtered. People report what is safe to report, and what reaches the top has been shaped by every layer it passed through. Better measurement tools don't fix that. They just produce more precise data that goes through the same filter. The structure produces the gap. You close it by changing the structure, not by journaling.
