The #Faikout boards work well, but it occurs to me that Ethernet connection for air-con units would be really good for some installations (more reliable and secure). A simple Ethernet version may be as little as £5 extra, but there is a concern if using with an X403 connection which is at grid power levels. It has isolating magnetics and margins, but still, not certified grid power safety isolation. So now pondering a PoE version with opto-isolated S21 connection to aircon as an alternative.
