@atpfm I transferred my iPhone 15 pro to my new 17 pro using home WiFi (not hotel). It took less than one hour to get a usable new phone, including cell service transfer and Apple Watch transfer. The remainder of the apps took another 30 minutes to download. The whole experience was completely smooth and fast. I don’t understand the extensive discussions about transfer procedures.
