Zelensky spoke about meetings with PM Shmyhal, drones, and strategy with European partners, including a new multilateral summit and closer work with Greece.
The EU yesterday voted unanimously to support billions from frozen Russian central bank asset profits to use for Ukraine's reconstruction.
There will be a summit this week that the bloc hopes will see agreement on €50 billion in funding, if Hungary can be persuaded.
Last night Russian forces attacked an oil depot in Kharkiv.

Gov Syniehubov says Russia attacked 15 settlements in Kharkiv yesterday. In Zmiiv, two men, aged 52 and 61, were injured in a drone strike that damaged civilian buildings. One man is in hospital and the other was treated on-site. The Air Force says it shot down 15 of 35 Shahed-136 drones launched by Russia last night, targeting Mykolaiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson and Kyiv. Part of the assault was directed at energy infrastructure in front-line communities. #Ukraine
