@MedeaVanamonde@beige.party I wish I could agree. See, he's not passing legislation. That could be undone much more easily. This is publishing a register rule. Something only the executive branch can do, or the judicial - if you've any faith in this SCOTUS. To undo it will require undoing the rule in each individual agency affected by it at the federal level. It could take years to unravel. I'm not given to panic. I'm the one who's been saying "show me the Senate vote count before you panic" for 18 months now. This is now the time to set your hair on fire about it.
