But I don't get any treatment, I have to pay that out of my own pocket.
German healthcare used to be world class, but it got enshittified beyond recognition in the last decade or so.
We don't even have a proper hospital anymore.

Closest I came to that was 4 years as a bike messenger, considered an independent contractor so the bosses get out of paying a lot of things. The rest was all things like sex work...
