Even before COVID19, attending FOSDEM got a majority of participants sick.It's been a major crud-spreader for decades. * Don't bother about talks, pretty much every presenter is incompetent at public speaking. * If the FOSDEM org invites for a Janson talk, maybe accept, maybe not, but be prepared for everyone in the audience to be drunk and hung-over. Also, if they invite you and ask you to be technical, don't be deceived. Nobody will be able to follow you.
