@pieceofthepie@social.n8e.dev how do you buy books with this device? Does it have shop? Are the books DRM-protected?

@bezekium@nrw.social yep, pocketbook have a store but this also natively supports ACSM files which most other online stores and libraries supply. You push those to the device and it pulls the book and works with the DRM. The library integration is great as it overlays the book image with the number of days left on your loan. You could also run those same ACSM files though appropriate Calibre plugins and not deal with the DRM at all but I'll only be doing that with books I pay money for.
