@kirrus@chocolate-teapot.uk I pretty much disagree almost entirely. You can actually get away with quite a lot of killing and still get the Low Chaos ending. You don't need to play a perfect Ghost playthrough at all, it's a huge misconception that has endured for almost 15 years. High Chaos only triggers if you kill without restraint and empty out entire levels of enemies, at which point I think it is completely fair for the story to reflect that.
I also disagree that stealth is a slog, it is of course naturally slower, requires patience and a good sense of navigation, but like ... any good stealth game will be like this, that is what the entire genre is about. And Dishonored has quite a lot of tools to make stealth a lot easier, particularly blink.
