I used AI to create a userscript. No way I could have done it alone. The process was iterative and thus felt collaborative. Questions about why something was done a certain way were answered clearly. The AI seemed more helpful than a human coworker, and of course I never felt like I was bothering anyone. The resulting script works great. The process was better than working with a person in almost all ways. But collaboration with no one feels empty.
