@damianpeterson@mastodon.social We're aiming to get pricing up soon. There's a bit of thinking to do for each application about what configurations will be typical. Ideally, we'd like to encourage organisations to have their own dedicated server with multiple applications branded for them. However, we also want more affordable options for applications that support sharing a a server between multiple customers. And a few applications perform best on a server tuned for that application. And we want prices to be based fairly on our costs, rather than apply a blanket per-seat charge. My job is to communicate this as clearly as possible without creating a huge fish-and-chip-shop menu. We're aiming for two or three options for each application where people can easily see which is relevant to them.
