My kid was up puking all night, so I was awake at every cursed hour and wound up going down the rabbit hole of what @hydroponictrash@kolektiva.social has been posting over at https://anarchosolarpunk.substack.com. Really incredible stuff. Recipes for autonomous communications, subversive ideas, practical documentation — just a ton of useful, thoughtful material. Go check them out and they’re on Kolectiva too! :anarchoheart3: And thank you, HydroponicTrash, for putting all this amazing documentation out there. Also: please archive this stuff somewhere besides Substack in case Substack goes fully fucking evil — beyond the fact that they already host neo-Nazis. 🙃

@franklinlopez@kolektiva.social @hydroponictrash@kolektiva.social unfortunately they don't look very active on Mastodon anymore and says in their bio they are moving over to bsky, which checks given they are on substack. Maybe they'll come back here later as those platforms continue along their respective trajectories of inshittification.

@franklinlopez@kolektiva.social Woah this is the reason why I write for real, really appreciate the love and support, it really makes my day and pushes me to keep going (even throughout the horrors lol). I've been wanting to move from Substack for a long time, just been bogged down with life to move it all over but it's on my list for this year, along with self hosting, and creating physical and digital copies and zines. Life has gotten crazy and it's been harder to write, but I want to carve out more time and get back into the swing of things!
