Bollocks. Utter and complete bollocks. TanTrump does NOT speak for the UK. Harry has at least a hypothetical fuzzy ability to do so, though not much TanTrump, though, is not from the UK. It has made statements against the UK. On a number of occasions it has spoken and acted in a manner not in keeping with that of a close ally or of a party to the cringeworthy 'special relationship' between us.
