@jabgoe2089 Yes, free at the point of use is what I mean, but that always seems like such a mouthful - and also, as you say, it should be like this! We should all expect to pay taxes and get stuff *as a society* in return. I don't have kids, but I don't object to paying for everyone else's children's education. Because better educated kids make for a better society for all of us.
