@kimlockhartga@beige.party Thank you, Kim, for your kind words. I am glad that the painting resonated with you -- that is what art does, and I believe, should do. (It has so much more purpose than to match with the rug and the pillows on the sofa.) And regarding having the right words, we so frequently don't, really, when it comes to emotional impact. We can only feel it in our hearts and solar plexus.
