@dotmavriq@social.dotmavriq.life Screenreader-only content is relatively easy with black-on-black text or divs that are 1px in size. As for screenreader-only text that would take a bit of doing to find, that is trickier... Perhaps an edit field that fires an aria-live announcement only when x characters have been entered, or aria-describedby text strings that only fire when tab is used with most screen readers, something that wouldn't necessarily happen super often on a non-form page. There's ways, but I can't think of super many.
