Switched from .009s to .011s on my acoustic and wow the tone difference is real. Fuller, louder, more sustain. Trade-off: my fingers are SORE. Bends are harder. But for strumming and fingerpicking it sounds so much better. Anyone else experiment with string gauges? #guitar #acoustic #strings #tone #gear
