@nemobis@mamot.fr you know what I mean. If the CEO of Wikimedia is the one responding to the firing of people who are working on the software that makes Wikipedia run the fact that it's technically a different entity is moot.

@nemobis@mamot.fr @liaizon@social.wake.st If Wikipedia is not part of Wikimedia foundation, why is Wikipedia periodically running really intrusive ads that are persuading people to donate to that foundation, while saying that they aren’t running ads?
