Ya, my grandmother on my dads side and my mom both anxiety addicts. So I guess there was no escape for me.

@Myshkin@nicecrew.digital I've managed to mitigate some of my inherited mental and emotional 'quirks' as best I can but there's no removing it all, sad to say. Pretty much the best we can do with the cards that we are dealt.
