@Myshkin@nicecrew.digital I've managed to mitigate some of my inherited mental and emotional 'quirks' as best I can but there's no removing it all, sad to say. Pretty much the best we can do with the cards that we are dealt.

It all started because I took my stupid bp during one of my episodes and it was like 180/100. Totally freaked out!! It was a bad idea because I’m probably a hypochondriac also;)
