I try not to say "I told you so" to people, so I'm going to gloat here. I told my son to setup international roaming before he left, and he didn't because he didn't want to pay the charges. I told him wifi isn't available everywhere - just like in the US where most networks require a password. Now he's got no phone coverage, only has wifi at the hostel, and can't figure out how to get to the airport at 1AM when there are no buses. I told you so.
