Okay. I'm stuck. Junior is stuck in a foreign country with no way to get to the airport because he declined to set up roaming while still in the US and can't order a ride. Taxi drivers dispatch by app, but the app requires phone authentication. Rideshare requires phone authentication. All he has is wifi. Can't set up Google Voice, because that requires phone authentication. How do we get his phone authenticated without cell service?
