Articles about farming are always framed in an odd way to me. Farms, while important, are a business. As such, they have to operate profitably to continue.
If the market they operate in is saturated and oversupplied, then it is up to the farm to change course and diversify.
If any other business can't get a good price for its products because there are too many selling that thing, they do the same.
Its time for farming to operate like any other business.
