Well, that's an hour and a half I am never getting back. Benecare gave up on figuring out how to fix their problems and basically told everybody to resubmit all their claims from Feb 15th on-wards. So I had to write a script to go though all of my claims / procedures and re-submit the claim. After waiting 15 minutes, the system sent 212 claims for 1105 procedures (many of which had attachments since they were things like SCRP). God knows when I will ever get paid for the work I did.
