@davatron5000 My wife uses it as a coffee creamer. It actually foams decently. Conversely, we tried the Califia Barista Almond that every coffee house uses and had terrible experience with it (couldn't get it to foam at all). We also agree the Califia Barista Oat is the best oat. Malk also works really well in making butter chicken (replacing both the cream and the ground almonds) and as one of the leches in a tres cake.
