@Di4na@hachyderm.io I'm in the UK, not sure how that affects anything. It's possible it's only recently been made opt-in, I suppose, I've been studiously ignoring the feature and only activated it by accident inside the last month.

@Di4na@hachyderm.io Which is to say, at any rate, that Firefox's current behaviour, at least towards me, is to require the user to opt in to downloading all of these models, which I'm OK with. I'm much less OK with the "ask an AI chatbot" context menu entry being on by default.
