Whoo, you’ve done it. You now have signed up with a server.
Be forewarned that many servers are struggling with the mass influx of new users. It may take awhile for hardware to be updated from raspberry pi to a CP/M powerhouse. Be patient.
You can access Mastodon on the web or an app on your phone. These are available for popular devices like Zune and Blackberry. The support for flip phones remains limited.

Useful tips: If you find a post you like, you can show your appreciation by either marking it as a favorite or by boosting it. The difference is that favoring a post lets the author know you liked it while boosting it will inflict it on everyone on your server. The best way to get people to follow you is to follow them. This should be done discreetly to avoid complications involving the police and restraining orders. 7/11
