@yantor3d@mas.to Yes, okay, that makes sense. So the total price for kits for two wheels would be $128.98, yes? (Mentally calculating additional weight would be โ‰ˆ a 2 liter soda bottle, if I understood the specs correctly ๐Ÿค”) (FWIW, my question derives from the fact that the price shown is for โ€ข1โ€ข wheel's kit, but the photo shows โ€ข2โ€ข wheels kitted out.) (Yes, I am autistic & require total disambiguation, why do you ask? ๐Ÿ˜‰) This ambiguity could be cleared up by adding "per wheel" to the "kit" price:

@yantor3d@mas.to (And for those of us who are easily amused by simple things, I am delighted to report that Mastodon's on-board OCR valiantly extracted the following text from the photo of the lit bicycle: "Tโ€” โ€”โ€”โ€” CA i Sd" (Ya know, I can kinda see it, if I squint.) The five stars resolve to: "LB 8. 6 6 4" In case anyone was wondering ๐Ÿ˜‚)

@cavyherd@wandering.shop as an autistic myself I appreciate the need for clarity. Yes, a $129.98 for small lights, $149.98 for large lights, plus tax. Free shipping on orders over $75, and there's a 10% off promotion going on right now. Yes, the kits are about 2 lbs / 1 kg each, so a bottle of soda is an apt comparison. The weight is mostly in the batteries, which are well balanced on the wheel. I'll see if I can hack the HTML generated by Fourthwall's store front builder to add "per wheel" to the price ๐Ÿ™‚

@yantor3d@mas.to When I went to the order page I was confused that the price came up $74.99, (it's $64.99 on the "kit" page) until I realized there are two sizes. Adding the size to the line showing the price would make this more clear:

@yantor3d@mas.to Last question: From the size I'm guessing the remote gets a coin battery? Or if it's rechargeable, that's not obvious from the page? What's the range of the RF connection? Can the user be seated & it reaches the hubs? Be awkward if one has to lean down or stop to change settings. Do you sell replacements separately? Because boy howdy does that look easy to lose! The rider needs a remote for each wheel, yes? Maybe offer a keyfob case to bind them together?
